If you had to pick a day of the week for the temperatures to reach ninety along with high humidity, then the timing was perfect. Well, for me anyway. Luckily I didn’t have anything scheduled business related that I had to do. I knew it was going to get hot later so I decided to go out early to do some gardening. The weeds were having their way with the flower beds and were ganging up on the flowers. So I had to step in and intervene. And then I gave everything a good drink so it could make it through the heat of the day.
As I came back inside though, I was thinking…”the man who invented air conditioning REALLY was onto something”. And so then later I decided to look it up. The man credited with inventing air conditioning was Willis Carrier. So you can thank Willis for helping you get through today.
